Wine Chateau is a family-run specialist importer of Moldovan wine, supplying independent retailers, restaurants, hotels and hospitality businesses across mainland Great Britain.

How trade access works

  1. Submit your business and contact details, and accept our trade terms.
  2. Wine Chateau reviews and verifies the application.
  3. Approved applicants receive their account-access instructions.
  4. Log in to access trade pricing and place orders.

Trade ordering

  • Wines, brandies and liqueurs are ordered in cases of 6 per product; whisky by the single bottle.
  • Trade prices are shown per bottle, excluding VAT. Each wine is ordered in cases of 6. For example, a wine at £10.45 + VAT per bottle is £62.70 + VAT per case.
  • Minimum order for delivery: £250 excluding VAT. Smaller orders can be collected from our Towcester shop.
  • You can order several different wines in one order, provided each wine is ordered in multiples of 6.

Delivery

  • England, Scotland and Wales mainland only (no islands, Northern Ireland or BFPO). Collection from our Towcester shop is also available.
  • £20 + VAT on orders from £250 to £999.99 excluding VAT; free on orders of £1,000 or more excluding VAT.
  • Typical lead time is 3–4 working days after order approval.

Payment

  • Approved trade accounts pay on Net 30 terms by Direct Debit (GoCardless).
  • Standard credit limit: £2,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum of two unpaid invoices.
