Shipping policy

UK mainland delivery (retail orders)

We deliver to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. We do not deliver internationally, to Northern Ireland, to offshore islands, to the Channel Islands or to BFPO addresses. This applies to all wines, sparkling wines and spirits.

UK mainland delivery is £9.95 when the order total after any discount is under £120, and free when that total is £120 or more.

Available delivery services and estimated delivery dates are confirmed at checkout. A signature is required on delivery.

Free local collection

Collection is free from Wine Chateau – Bell Plantation, Bell Plantation Garden Centre, Unit 17A, Watling Street, Towcester, NN12 6GX. Orders are usually ready within two hours during opening hours. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the shop.

Trade account orders

Approved trade account orders have a minimum order value of £250 excluding VAT. Delivery is £20 + VAT on orders from £250 to £999.99 excluding VAT, and free on orders of £1,000 or more excluding VAT. Trade delivery is to UK mainland addresses only, with a typical lead time of 3–4 working days from order approval. Trade orders may also be collected from our shop.

Alcohol deliveries

All orders containing alcohol must be received by an adult aged 18 or over. We operate Challenge 25. Anyone who appears under 25 will be asked for accepted photographic ID proving they are aged 18 or over before alcohol is handed over. Alcohol will not be supplied if the required proof is not provided. Alcohol cannot be left unattended or delivered to anyone under 18.
