Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with an order, product or service, please contact us by email at support@winechateau.co.uk, by telephone on 07493 217324, or in writing at our Towcester store. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and provide a final response within 14 calendar days. If we need longer because a matter is unusually complex, we will explain why and keep you updated.
Alternative dispute resolution
Wine Chateau is not currently required to participate in an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme and does not currently subscribe to one. If an ADR scheme or another dispute-resolution arrangement becomes available to you because we are legally or contractually required to participate, we will provide the relevant information when communicating the outcome of your complaint.
This does not restrict your statutory rights or your right to bring a claim before the courts. Independent consumer advice is available from the Citizens Advice consumer service.
