Aroma: this semidry Feteasca Regala white wine offers intense aromas of vine flowers, wildflowers, and apricots complemented by white cherries and ripe apples.

Tasting notes: the wine possesses good acidity having a particularly pleasant taste. It’s intense texture and  the pure, rounded finish is characteristic for the most noble Romanian white grape variety.

Vinification: the grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature to preserve the freshness and aroma of the wine.

Food Pairing: this  semidry white wine pairs well with creamy mushroom soup (with porcini mushrooms), chicken stew, grilled turkey, semi-hard cheeses, sweet cheese pie with walnuts and raisins.
