Vinification: the grapes for this wine are harvested and selected by hand. The wine is produced using traditional methods, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.

Food Pairing: this Pinot Grigio pairs perfectly with fresh salads, chicken, seafood, light pasta dishes and risotto, young light creamy cheeses, lemon pie or creme brulée.
