Tasting notes: it’s fresh, light and memorable. The golden colour with bright amber hues complements beautifully with balanced, velvety taste and fine Viorica flavour. This dry white wine conquers with its complex aroma and subtle finesse.

Vinification: the Nocturne Viorica is made from hand-harvested grapes that are picked during the cool night hours to preserve their freshness and aroma. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh aromas.

Food Pairing: the Nocturne Viorica pairs well with salads featuring fresh vegetables, seafood, pasta with creamy white sauces and soft cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 10-12°C.
