ABOUT US
Milestii Mici Winery was founded 1969 and specializes in producing high quality wines.
The wines stored in underground galleries are the products of the harvest of different years, between 1986 and 2018. Constant temperature of 12 – 14°C and relative humidity of 85-95% of this “wine kingdom” ideally contributes to storage of Moldovan strategic reserve into its underground cellars where wines are stored for maturation.
The precious bottles are laid carefully and the lucky people who have reached this place have the possibility to visit the Golden Collection discovering the beauty of remoteness emphasized by grey dust. Moreover each drop of these wines has felt the fire of sun and vigour of earth.
THE BIGGEST WINERY IN THE WORLD
The underground city of the winery has a length of 200km and is declared as the largest wine cellar in the world.
In 2005, “The Golden Collection” of Milestii Mici was registered in Guinness World Records Book. It holds over 1.5 million bottles of wine stored in 55km of underground galleries excavated in lime mining operations.

Wine Chateau offers quality Wines with impeccable service and unrivalled reliability. As a Wine supplier, we understand our responsibility with respect to alcohol – alcohol sales, alcohol deliveries and alcohol consumption. We also recognise that most of our customers enjoy alcohol in moderation, as part of a balanced diet, and can often include alcohol as part of their weekly shop. We passionately believe in offering our customers the widest possible choice, supported by information enabling our customers to make informed choices. We prevent under age sales by operating a Challenge 25 policy. If our drivers believe the identify of the person they are delivering to appears under 25, they will routinely request ID proving they are over 18.
All our orders contains age restricted items, the drivers will prompts customers to challenge 25 and requires confirming they are happy the person looks over 25 or they have checked suitable ID. If suitable ID is not given during a challenge 25 check, the driver can remove the items from the customer’s invoice and return them to our warehouse. All our drivers carry an information sheet of acceptable ID’s.
