Tasting notes: this full bodied red possesses high acidity and a pronounced kirsch taste of sour cherry, cherry plum, and bird cherry. The pleasant and persistent aftertaste highlights the bird cherry and the plums.

Vinification: the vinification is carried out using traditional winemaking techniques, the wine being aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, producing a rich and robust red wine.

Food pairing: this dry red wine pairs well with grilled red meat, steak, lamb chops, sausages, aged hard cheeses.
