Aroma: this Feteasca Neagra is perfumed with the scent of ripe cherries, juicy red fruits, but also with the discreet aroma of blackberries, blueberries and currants.

Tasting notes: the wine has a complex and well-structured taste, with a harmonious blend of fruit, tannins, and acidity. It has a long and elegant finish with pleasant currant hints.

Vinification: Academia Feteasca Neagra is produced using traditional winemaking methods. The grapes are handpicked and carefully selected for the blend. The wine undergoes maturation in clay amphorae, which allows for the wine to develop a unique character and enhance its flavor profile. After the amphorae maturation, the wine undergoes a short rest in oak barrels to provide an additional layer of complexity and texture. This combination of traditional and modern winemaking techniques helps to create a well-balanced wine with a complex and harmonious taste.

Food pairing: this dry red wine pairs well with grilled red meat, smoked meat, and sausages.
