Tasting notes: with its medium-bodied taste and rich flavors of black pepper, this wine is balanced by soft tannins and a smooth, lingering finish.

Vinification: the grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked before being fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas and flavors. The wine is then aged for a period of minimum 6 months in oak barrels to enhance its complexity.

Food pairing: this spicy red dry wine pairs well with beef, lamb, goose, venison, smoked meat and sausages.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
