Aroma: this red blend has a balanced bouquet of cranberries, cherries and cloves, complemented by oak barrel maturation notes.

Tasting notes: this red dry wine has a medium-body, on the palate it offers flavours of ripe fruit, and a long and pleasant finish.

Vinification: the grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked before being fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas and flavours. The wine is then aged for a period of minimum 6 months in oak barrels to enhance its complexity.

Food pairing: this dry red wine pairs well with oven roasted beef, duck, lamb and game, and semi-matured cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
