Aroma: this blend of grapes has a complex aroma of wild blackberries, violets, and tulips, with notes of oak from the aging process.

Tasting notes: with its light-body and elegant taste, the Purpuriu de Purcari is characterized by ripe fruit flavors, velvety tannins, and a long and persistent finish.

Vinification: Vintage Series of “Mileştii Mici” wines are high quality wines, aged in oak barrels at least six months to several years. The wine bottling is made right before the sale of the wines. The maturation process gives specific organoleptic features to vintage wines; they acquire softer and more delicate taste, with rich and complete flavours.

Food pairing: this light dry red wine pairs well with spicy barbecue, grilled lamb, and beef steak.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
