Vinification: the vinification is carried out using traditional winemaking techniques and the young wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, producing a rich and robust red wine.

Food pairing: this dry red wine pairs well with grilled red meat, smoked meat, and sausages, Asian food, spicy food, hard cheeses.
