Tasting notes: with a full and velvety taste, this wine is characterized by ripe fruit flavors, complemented by a subtle notes from the oak barrels. It has a long and persistent finish.

Vinification: the grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected before undergoing traditional winemaking methods. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels to enhance its complexity and structure.

Food pairing: this dry red wine pairs well with all red meat and vegetables, complements hard cheeses and Asian food.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
