Tasting notes: this dry red wine possess a velvety taste with a pleasant astringency and shades of oak, mulberry, and rose accentuate the long-lasting aftertaste.

Vinification: made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced using traditional methods. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrique.

Food pairing: this merlot pairs well with smoked duck breast, turkey or veal schnitzel, pork steak or prosciutto snacks

Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
