Aroma: this Chardonnay has an intense aroma dominated by flowers and exotic fruits, with notes of peaches and mango.

Tasting notes: the full, opulent taste is complex, with notes of pineapple, Williams pears and almonds. Followed by a long aftertaste dominated harmoniously by shades of ripening.

Vinification: the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for six months in French oak barrels to enhance its complexity and texture.

Food Pairing: this Chardonnay pairs perfectly with salads with fresh vegetables, fresh cheeses, and grilled turbot fillet with black rice.
