Aroma: this dry amber wine possesses an intense gold colour with hints of amber and a stunning aroma of citrus, bergamot, candied fruit, apricot jam and jasmine

Tasting notes: on the palate, at the first glance, the taste is exuberantly juicy, yet tannic, which gradually evolves into a floral aftertaste with hints of honeysuckle

Vinification: Academia Saperavi is produced using traditional winemaking methods. The grapes are handpicked and carefully selected. The wine undergoes maturation in clay amphorae, which allows the wine to develop a unique character and enhance its flavour profile. After the amphorae maturation, the wine undergoes a short rest in oak barrels to provide an additional layer of complexity and texture. This combination of traditional and modern winemaking techniques helps to create a well-balanced wine with a complex and harmonious taste.
