Tasting notes: on the palate, Nocturne Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing, with a lively acidity and a rich fruity flavour with floral notes. It has a long and satisfying finish that lingers pleasantly on the tongue.

Vinification: the grapes are harvested manually in the cool of the night, to preserve the richness of aromas and intensity of taste intact. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve its delicate aromas and flavours.

Food Pairing: this elegant and versatile dry white wine pairs well with a wide range of dishes, including seafood, salads, and soft cheeses.
