Aroma: this dry white wine possess a rich bouquet of ripe yellow fruits, citrus zest, and exotic fruits complemented by subtle hints of butterscotch.

Tasting notes: the taste is elegant and full, with a harmonious balance of fruit and acidity. Notes of vanilla and almonds complement the wine’s creamy texture, leading to a long and satisfying finish. Traditional, broad, and creamy style of Chardonnay, however the balancing acidity enables the wine to retain a sense of harmony.

Vinification: the Nocturne Chardonnay is made from hand-harvested grapes that are picked during the cool night hours to preserve their freshness and aroma. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for six months in French oak barrels to enhance its complexity and texture.

Food Pairing: the Nocturne Chardonnay pairs well with salads featuring fresh vegetables, poultry, white fish and shellfish, pasta with creamy white sauces and soft cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 10-12°C.
