Aroma: this Pinot Noir develops aromas of sour cherries, red berries such as blackcurrant and blackberry, beautifully complemented by delicate hints of berry yogurt and nutmeg. 

Tasting notes: this medium bodied red possesses high acidity and velvety tannins. On the palate it develops the wild berries and red apple notes, having a pleasant and persistent aftertaste highlighting the chokeberries and cloves notes.

Vinification: the vinification is carried out using traditional winemaking techniques, the wine being aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, producing a rich and robust red wine.

Food pairing: this dry red wine pairs well with red meat, steak, lamb chops, sausages, aged hard cheeses.

Serving temperature: 18-20°C
