Tasting notes: with its well-balanced and harmonious taste, this dry red wine is characterized by its smooth wood tannins and a long and pleasant finish.

Vinification:the grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked before being fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas and flavors. The wine is then aged for a period of minimum 6 months in oak barrels to enhance its complexity.

Food pairing: the Codru dry red wine pairs well with red meat dishes, stews, and mature cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
