Aroma: this Feteasca Regala possesses a pale golden colour developing aromas of wild apples, lemon zest, bergamot pure, passion fruit, ripe pear, and hints of fir bud jam.

Tasting notes: this dry medium bodied wine develops pronounced fruity flavours with highlighted ripe quince and pear
drops, followed by a long aftertaste dominated by yellow fruits.

Vinification: the grapes for this wine are harvested and selected by hand. The wine is produced using traditional methods, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.

Food Pairing: this Feteasca Regala pairs perfectly with salads, young light creamy cheeses, fresh fruity/berry desserts like
sorbet ice cream.
