Aroma: this Riesling possesses a pale golden colour developing notes of yellow apple, ripe quince,
asparagus, honeysuckle, that later evolves into homemade baking and biscuits. It has a minerality characteristic of
the soil, namely wet stones.

Tasting notes: this semi dry wine is well balanced in terms of acidity, alcohol, and body. On the taste abound in white cherries, yellow apples, citrus shades of fresh lemons, and persistent notes of sweet melon. Full, pleasant in taste, with
persistent, long-lasting aftertaste.

Vinification: the grapes for this wine are harvested and selected by hand. The wine is produced using traditional methods, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.

Food Pairing: this Riesling pairs perfectly with fresh summer salads, river and ocean fish, also with white meat dishes.
