Aroma: this Feteasca Neagra develops fruity and berries aromas, with pronounced black plums, blackcurrant and
cranberry, rosehips, hibiscus, white pepper, cocoa and delicate hints of forest floor.

Tasting notes: this full bodied red possesses pleasant velvety tannins and a brisk acidity with notes of ripe red and black fruits and easily detectable stone fruits in flavour. This wine has a pleasant medium to long aftertaste.

Vinification: the vinification is carried out using traditional winemaking techniques, the wine being aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, producing a rich and robust red wine.

Food pairing: this dry red wine pairs well with red meat, steak, lamb chops, aged hard cheeses and salami mixed board.

Serving temperature: 18-20°C
