Aroma: this blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Grigio offers a balanced bouquet of stone fruits with a delicate touch of hazelnuts and vanilla beans

Tasting notes: this harmonious blend delights with a rich bouquet of apricots, nectarines, pears, citrus and a touch of honeysuckle. The creamy mouthfeel is nicely balanced by notes of baked spices.

Vinification: the grapes are hand-picked and sorted before fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, which gives it a smooth and elegant taste.

Food pairing: this blend pairs well with shrimp, scallops, white fish, as well as vegetable risotto or grilled chicken
