Aroma: Cuvée de Purcari is a blend of three classic grape varieties, which results in a lively and complex sparkling wine. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of white flowers, green apple, and brioche.

Tasting notes: on the palate, this brut sparkling wine is fresh and crisp, with flavours of lemon, peach, and toasted bread, leading to a long and satisfying finish.

Vinification: the grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before being gently pressed to extract the juice. The must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the lees for at least 12 months. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, creating the characteristic bubbles, after which it is disgorged and aged for a few more months before release.
