Aroma: the long-term maturation in bottles offers a soft and a persistent pearling with a floral character discovering aromas of strawberries and citrus fruit.

Tasting notes: on the palate, Cuveé de Purcari Rosé Brut shows freshness and a pleasant fine pearling.

Vinification: the grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before being gently pressed to extract the juice. The must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the lees for at least 12 months. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, creating the characteristic bubbles, after which it is disgorged and aged for a few more months before release.

Food pairings: Cuvée de Purcari Rosé Brut pairs well with a variety of dishes, including seafood such as scallops or oysters, risotto, light pasta dishes and cheese platters.
