Aroma: Shiraz offers an intense bouquet of ripe plums aromas with notes of blackberries and black olives. The aging in oak barrels offers additional distinguished aromas of coffee, cinnamon and pink pepper  

Tasting notes: Shiraz impresses with an excellent definition of the black fruit, well concentrated, with a lengthy finish. It represents a wine with personality and elegant tannins.

Vinification: the grapes are hand-picked and sorted before fermentation. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, which gives it a smooth and elegant taste.

Food pairing: this Shiraz Limited Edition pairs well with traditional meat dishes, game, roast beef, or pork dishes

Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
