Vinification: this Orange wine, or “Amber wine,” is a blend of Chardonnay and Muscat Ottonel made using red wine techniques with white grapes. It undergoes 4 months of skin contact, which imparts unique flavours and colour.

Food Pairing: this amber wine pairs well with fried chicken, a range of aged hard cheeses, spicy seafood, grilled vegetable and oven baked salmon.
