Aroma: this dry rosé Merlot offers a bouquet of forest red berries and overripe strawberries.

Tasting notes: the fruity taste of  strawberries reminds us of a hot summer full of delights.

Vinification: the grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being destemmed and crushed. The juice is then cold macerated for a few hours to extract the desired colour and aroma. The wine is fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh fruitiness.

Food Pairing: this dry rose wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, including salmon, shrimp, soft cheeses, and vegetarian pizza. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.

Serving Temperature: 8-10°C.
