Aroma: this brut white sparkling wine defines itself with a bouquet of apples, tropical fruits and wildflowers.

Tasting notes: with a crisp and refreshing taste, Apriori Brut Glera offers a harmonious blend of flowers flavour with a silky texture and long finish.

Vinification: produced under Méthode Charmat, the base wine is fermented in large, pressurized stainless steel tanks. After the initial fermentation, the wine is transferred to other tanks along with yeast and sugar, which triggers a second fermentation to create the carbon dioxide that produces the bubbles in the wine. Then, the wine is left to age on the lees, or yeast sediment, in the tanks for several weeks, which adds complexity and flavour to the wine. It represents the same method to produce Prosecco or Asti Spumante.

Food pairing: this brut sparkling wine can be served as an appetizer or paired with prosciutto & soft cheeses, seafood, fresh berries or light fruit tarts
