Vinification: the Nocturne Pinot Grigio is produced from hand-harvested grapes that are picked during the cool night hours to preserve their freshness and aroma. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh aromas.

Food Pairing: the Nocturne Pinot Grigio pairs well with salads featuring fresh vegetables, seafood, pasta with creamy white sauces and soft cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 10-12°C.
