Aroma: this dry rosé wine possess a soft bouquet with notes of apricots, peaches, and currants that slowly pass into a long aftertaste with shades of berries.

Tasting notes: Nocturne Rosé de Purcari tastes light and refreshing with a nuanced blend of berries and stone fruits complemented by subtle minerality, leading to a clean and crisp finish.

Vinification: the grapes are harvested manually in the cool of the night, to preserve the richness of aromas and intensity of taste intact. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve its delicate aromas and flavors.

Food Pairing: Nocturne Rosé de Purcari pairs well with salads, light pasta dishes, and grilled seafood. It is also a delightful wine to enjoy on its own, chilled on a warm summer day.
