Tasting notes: this dry rosé wine has a refreshing taste nuanced by the blend of berries and stone fruits. All amplified by the vibrant acidity and velvety texture exploding in notes of ripe peaches and guava.

Vinification: the grapes for this wine are harvested and selected by hand. The wine is produced using traditional methods, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.

Food Pairing: the Rosé de Purcari 1827 is the perfect companion for salads with fresh vegetables, poultry or baked fish like salmon, and soft cheeses. It is also an excellent wine to enjoy on its own, chilled on a warm summer evening.
