Tasting notes: this harmonious blend delights with rich black fruits notes with subtle oak and hints of sweet spices, offering ripe and round tannins

Vinification: the grapes are hand-picked and sorted before fermentation. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, which gives it a smooth and elegant taste.

Food pairing: this blend pairs well with succulent grilled or baked red meat, lamb chops, aged cheeses. To be decanted 60 min. before serving.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
