Aroma: produced from indigenous grape variety Zghihara de Husi, this dry white wine  has a floral bouquet complemented by citrusy and ripe fruits notes. 

Tasting notes: with its light wine body, the Zhigara de Averesti white wine is characterized by a savory taste of ripe fruit with a pleasant citrus aftertaste .

Vinification: the grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected before undergoing traditional winemaking methods. The wine is produced in steel tanks under controlled temperature of 10°C  and a fermentation of 21 days to enhance its complexity and structure.

Food pairing: this Zghihara de Averesti pairs well with grilled Caesar salad, oysters, lobster, chicken, soft to medium cheeses.

Serving temperature: 08-10°C.
