Aroma: Cuvée de Purcari Feteasca Alba possesses a bouquet enriched with fine apples aromas, honeycombs and wild flowers.

Tasting notes: the secondary fermentation and the long term maturation in bottles offers a unique taste – soft with a persistent and fine pearling.

Vinification: the grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before being gently pressed to extract the juice. The must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the lees for at least 12 months. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, creating the characteristic bubbles, after which it is disgorged and aged for a few more months before release.

Food pairings: Cuvée de Purcari Feteasca Alba is a versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes, including seafood such as scallops or oysters, risotto, light pasta dishes on creamy mushroom sauces, and cheese platters.
