Aroma: this dry red blend possesses a bouquet that reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, black cherry with spices hints.

Tasting notes: this dry red blend is characterized by a rich taste and a long and persistent finish. On the palate, it exhibits flavours of dark fruits such as blackberries and blueberries.

Vinification: the grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked before being fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas and flavours. The wine is then aged for a period of 6 months in oak barrels to enhance its complexity.

Food pairing: this blend pairs well with pork ribs, lamb, grilled vegetables and matured cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
