Tasting notes: this dry red wine is characterized by a medium to full body, velvety tannins, and a long and persistent finish. On the palate, it exhibits flavours of dark fruits.

Vinification: the grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked before being fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas and flavors. The wine is then aged for a period of 6 months in oak barrels to enhance its complexity.

Food pairing: this Feteasca Neagra pairs well with grilled or roasted red meats, stews, and mature cheeses. As well as with sausages and veal.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
