Aroma: this Chardonnay offers a bouquet of tropical aromas of nectarine, mango and pineapple, subtly complemented with notes of marzipan and roasted almonds. 

Tasting notes: the wine possesses a balanced acidity, with hints of baked apples, vanilla and candied citrus peel.

Vinification: the grapes are hand-picked and sorted before fermentation. The wine is then aged in Californian style in oak barrels for a richer and smoother texture.

Food pairing: this Chardonnay pairs well with grilled salmon with lemon butter, roast chicken with creamy herb sauce, pasta in cremy mushroom or Alfredo style sauce.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
