Tasting notes: on the palate, the wine has a delicate finish, with fine floral aromas. The well-defined body and carefully maintained acidity make this wine special and unique.

Vinification: Blanc de Noir wine making technique results in white wine that is made from red grapes, where the juice is separated from the skins and fermented without them. It involves gently pressing red grapes to extract their juice while minimizing contact with the skins. The clear juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks for a better preservation of fruity aromas and flavors.

Food Pairing: this Blanc de Noir Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with light appetizers, seafood dishes, and grilled chicken. It’s also a great choice to enjoy on its own, chilled on a warm summer evening.
