Vinification: a dessert liqueur made from the most delicate rose petals, handpicked from the rose fields of Cobusca village in the Anenii Noi district. The petals are carefully separated from their stems through a special multi-step process, then infused with sugar syrup, alcohol, and drinking water. This infusion takes about one year to ensure the extraction of a rich, complex aroma and a pleasant, balanced flavour.
