Tasting notes: this full bodied red possesses high acidity and silky, pleasant tannins. The taste highlights the flavours of mulberry, blueberry, sour cherry and bramble.

Vinification: the vinification is carried out using traditional winemaking techniques, the wine being aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, producing a rich and robust red wine.

Food pairing: this dry red wine pairs well with grilled red meat, smoked meat, Asian food, hard cheeses and salami mixed board.
