Aroma: the bouquet reveals aroma of jasmine and acacia flowers. 

Tasting notes: this semi-dry white sparkling wine has a noble and elegant taste developing a rich flowers bouquet.

Vinification: produced under Méthode Charmat, the base wine is fermented in large, pressurized stainless steel tanks. After the initial fermentation, the wine is transferred to other tanks along with yeast and sugar, which triggers a second fermentation to create the carbon dioxide that produces the bubbles in the wine. Then, the wine is left to age on the lees, or yeast sediment, in the tanks for several weeks, which adds complexity and flavor to the wine. It represents the same method to produce Prosecco or Asti Spumante.

Food pairing: this semi dry sparkling wine perfectly combines with salads, brie cheese, and bruschetta.
