Aroma: this Feteasca Neagra dry red wine possesses a ruby red colour with violet highlights. On the nose, it offers concentrated aromas of ripe plums, sour cherries, and bitter cherries. 

Tasting notes: on the palate, the wine offers medium acidity, and ripe and velvety tannins. The medium-bodied and voluptuous structure is complemented by flavours of plums, sour cherries, and bitter cherries, having a medium to long finish.

Vinification: the grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature to preserve the freshness and aroma of the wine.

Food Pairing: this dry red Feteasca Neagra pairs well with semi-hard cheeses, grilled pork or veal dishes.
