Aroma: this sweet white sparkling wine has a delicate and floral bouquet revealing aromas of jasmine and acacia flowers.

Tasting notes: this wine possess a light and lively taste, with a refreshing sweetness that is well-balanced with its natural acidity.

Vinification: produced under Méthode Charmat, the base wine is fermented in large, pressurized stainless steel tanks. After the initial fermentation, the wine is transferred to other tanks along with yeast and sugar, which triggers a second fermentation to create the carbon dioxide that produces the bubbles in the wine. Then, the wine is left to age on the lees, or yeast sediment, in the tanks for several weeks, which adds complexity and flavour to the wine. It represents the same method to produce Prosecco or Asti Spumante.

Food pairing: this sweet white  sparkling wine pairs well with fresh fruits, light desserts, cheesecakes, or panna cotta.
