Aroma: this sweet rosé sparkling wine defines itself with floral Muscat aromas complemented by raspberries notes.

Tasting notes: with a crisp and refreshing taste, Apriori Sweet Rosé offers a harmonious rich taste and a fine aroma of raspberries and wildflowers.

Vinification: produced under Méthode Charmat, the base wine is fermented in large, pressurized stainless steel tanks. After the initial fermentation, the wine is transferred to other tanks along with yeast and sugar, which triggers a second fermentation to create the carbon dioxide that produces the bubbles in the wine. Then, the wine is left to age on the lees, or yeast sediment, in the tanks for several weeks, which adds complexity and flavour to the wine. It represents the same method to produce Prosecco or Asti Spumante.

Food pairing: this rosé sparkling wine pairs well with chocolate-covered strawberries as well as with raspberry sorbet or Panna Cotta.
